You should remain in a state of “as if” when using the Law of Attraction for a specific person. When you give attention to what is, you give it power to create more of what is. You should relax and allow your manifestation to occur, as you have always done. It’s a great way to create what you want and, as you release resistance and become more detached, you’ll be able to reach that state more easily.
"The more powerful part of this is understanding that when we do that, we put ourselves at the effect rather than being at the cause, so understanding this, it's more about us being at the cause rather than the effect, us being the star of our own movie, not trying to be a cameo in someone else's. The power of this is that when we begin to live in the authentic expression of who we are, when we begin to act in that energy state, there's something very magnetic about it, and it becomes a bit of a paradox. We may find out that that original ex that we wanted back into our life doesn't actually even resonate.

Hi Onique – You need to look over your thoughts, beliefs, emotions from the past to see why you created it in the past. You need to look at your current thoughts, beliefs and emotions to see why you are creating it now. There’s probably at least one thought/belief that has been repeated for 10 years and is still there. Changing your thoughts/beliefs allows your life to change.
Worry is a lower vibrational energy and can unintentionally create the very things you don’t want to create, such as him pulling away. If you look back over events, you might notice how things you’ve been worrying about have now been created, and how problems may have begun around the time you started worrying. You wouldn’t have had to say anything to him. The Law of Attraction works whether you want it to or not. The key is to focus on feeling good, doing things that make you happy. That’s the place from which you can create what you want.
Or, like most people who claim to have found the way to manifest things through the LOA, is it that you truly don't want big things, new things, nice cars, paid off mansions, kids' schools paid for, permanent paid vacations, etc. If you wanted them, you know you could manifest them, you are just not that interested in those things right now. I really like the book. It has much information for you to process so it is not a one sitting read. The book does get it about energy and give you suggestions on how to work with your energy. I affirmations are good but I have found as I have progressed I have modified them to fit my progression. I would suggest this book to anyone. I have used this book with Denis Linn Soul Coaching and Donna Eden's Energy Medicine techniques.
Be sure to start this list by stating whether if your Soulmate is single, straight/gay (yes, you must be that specific) and available for a healthy, loving, committed, long-term relationship (or marriage if that is what you want.) Hi Matt – You have to be willing to forgive her. Not forgiving her is not forgiving yourself for allowing what happened to happen. Wanting her to reconcile with you only creates more wanting. You say you want her to come back to you, but you push her away and ignore her. You’re not in alignment with getting her back. You’re in alignment with not having her in your life.
