Specifically, you attract love with people who are aligned with your vibrational state. So if you are down on yourself or lack confidence, you often find love only with people who treat you poorly and fail to recognize your worth. Therefore, looking for love with real intention requires you to form a deeper, more profound and accepting connection with yourself.
So what does that tell you? Well, when I asked myself the same question years ago before I started doing this work, what I realized was that in order for me to attract and manifest my Soulmate, I must somehow develop and grow myself into the kind of person that I myself want to be with. In other words, if you haven’t found the right person it’s probably because you are not being the right person! As Marianne Williamson says, “We must become the person we want to attract.”

In this video, I'm going to be showing you how to attract a specific person into your life, or to get an ex back in your life. With this video, I was asked literally probably four or five different comments and different YouTube, plus messages on Instagram and Facebook this same question. How do we attract an ex back into our life, and I figured the easiest way to answer this would be via video, so here we are. I'm going to be taking you on a journey of understanding three main concepts behind this principle of what we must do, how we must go about this, in order to open up the probabilities of us being with someone in that way. First off, realize that coming here, you may have expected me to give you some technique, maybe some type of something that you do that makes it so that person wants to be with you, but realize this is more about understanding that this about who we become. Depending on who we are being, that is what we are attracting in our life.
The preparation for welcoming your soul mate requires that you make a conscious commitment to start healing the deepest wounds of your heart. Notice that I said “start” healing the deepest wounds of your heart, because for the majority of us, this is a lifelong process and it doesn’t mean you have to be fully healed to manifest your One. In fact, one of the things that a soul mate will do is HELP you to heal your deepest emotional wounds, and chances are you’ll be helping them heal their deepest emotional wounds as well. BUT you must be willing to clear out all of the past hurts, anger, resentments, and anything else that makes up the thick wall of protection and distrust that you have built around your heart so that you can start welcoming love in.
2) The Second List: Deal Breakers. It’s now time get clear about what I call the ‘Deal Breakers’. These are the ‘red lights’ that you want to watch out for when you start meeting people. This is a smaller list where you identify at least three qualities that if this person were to exhibit, you would not engage in a relationship with them. In other words, the deal would be off.

Be the first one in and the last one out. If you are there early and stay late, you get a chance to talk to people who would not otherwise take your call. I built many relationships by being early. You can call the chairman of the board of almost any company early in the morning. If he’s a good chairman, he’s there. The secretary’s not, so he’ll actually answer the phone. The best time to strike is when gatekeepers aren’t there! When I started developing Bloomberg, I wanted feedback. So every morning I’d arrive at the deli across the street from Merrill Lynch’s headquarters at six a.m. and buy coffee (with and without milk) and tea (with and without milk), plus a few sugars on the side. I’d go up and roam the halls looking to see if there happened to be somebody sitting in their office alone reading a newspaper. I’d walk in and say, “Hi, I’m Mike Bloomberg, I bought you a cup of coffee. I’d just like to bend your ear.” Nobody is going to say, “Get outta here” if you just bought him or her a cup of coffee. When someone would occasionally say, “I don’t drink coffee, ” I would say, “Well, then have a tea.”
I’ve been dating my boyfriend for almost a year now and we live together. In the beginning of October things were bad, he forced me to move out thinking it would help things, which surprisingly it did. I thought this would only make things worse, I was constantly worried he would cheat on me, go behind my back, and betray me; like he has before. We were still together, just not living together. A week later after we spent some time talking and working through things, I moved back in. Ever since then over the few weeks things have been great, he’s treated me amazing, however I still have a fear of, “what if he is treating me like this but is potentially going behind my back?” A few days ago he had a missed call from a number with a area code of where his ex lives, I do not know if it was her, a telemarketer, or just a random wrong number. But it is has worried me over the past few days. I also worry when I’m at work and he’s at home, what he’s doing. I try so hard to imagine us happy and trying to believe in everything he says to me is true and sincere. I just have major trust issues. I care for him an immense amount and would do anything for him, I love him very much. However, I do believe that I would be okay with out him.. eventually in time. I do not want this to happen, but you said you have to imagine yourself being able to let go of that person. He is for sure the person I want to spend the rest of my life with, and I never want to lose him. What I am confused about is, if I am using the Law of Attraction to attract him more into my life, what if he is using the Law of Attraction to attract a different person in his life, such as his ex, instead of me. Which situation with manifest? He is not the type of person to ever think about these, he doesn’t even know what the Law of Attraction is, but I believe he could subconsciously be doing this and not even knowing it. Again, I think way too in depth about things and sometimes just make it worse for myself.
When you do find yourself meeting with someone, don’t pin all your hopes on this person being the ‘one.’ You really don’t even know him yet, and you have no idea if this person is really compatible with you, or is the type of person you would want to be with over the long-term. Sure, you can be excited, and look forward to it, but release any expectation around how things will play out. Work on getting yourself into a state of ‘surrender’ where you just accept what happens as it happens, knowing all the while, what you want is coming, even if you have no idea how that looks right now.
6) No Challenges: Challenges are considered negative thoughts and are to be avoided. Besides, if you’ve theoretically already achieved your goal, there could not be any challenges. As Esther Hicks, has stated, “Once you have recognized that thinking of what you do not want only attracts more of what you do not want into your experience, controlling your thoughts will not be a difficult thing…” There are many goal-achieving benefits to acknowledging and planning for challenges that may arise. Unfortunately, a belief in a law of attraction does not allow for you to accomplish this.
Dear Elisabeth…I am in relationship with my boyfriend almost 8 years..We were very in love. But during these years he did to me something I couldn´t forgive him for many years..I were very much angry with him all these years..but I was also still in love. I think I was so angry that I was very often pushing him out of me without even noticing that. Yesterday he told me he does not know if he wants to be with me anymore. Because in last two years he was feeling very alone, told me I was not listeting. He was right. I have forgiven him already. But I did not notice I was behaving this way all these years. I am very sorry for that. Because I forgived and I love him all the time. I want him back. But he is not sure any more he loves me. He likes me very much. But he told me I destroyed the love in him. He does not leave in this moment. He told me he needs time. I told him I want to repair everything, I want to change. I do not want anymore to behave in this way. I did a big mistake and I am sure I can change. How to make him change his mind? How to let him find the love again? I know he likes me a lot..and that I am important for him. Your book says that one must let the person they love miss them. In my case, things are fine between us and we are great friends. I have no reason to avoid him or not talk to him. Then what is it that I can do to make him miss me? Also, is it really important to maintain distance for LOA to work? Can I continue talking to him everyday like I always have and still manifest an ideal relationship with him?
Or, like most people who claim to have found the way to manifest things through the LOA, is it that you truly don't want big things, new things, nice cars, paid off mansions, kids' schools paid for, permanent paid vacations, etc. If you wanted them, you know you could manifest them, you are just not that interested in those things right now. That's the typical response.
Rhonda Byrne published in 2006 the film The Secret wherein she emphasized thinking about what each person wants to obtain, but also to infuse the thought with the maximum possible amount of emotion. She claims the combination of thought and feeling is what attracts the desire. The Secret says your subconscious mind can control everything that happens around you, including both positive experiences, like having someone call you from miles away, and negative experiences, like death. The Byrne underlines the power of the subconscious mind by asking the reader to take full control of these thoughts, in order to achieve things in life, with the mind, as much as with action. Another similar book is James Redfield's The Celestine Prophecy, which says reality can be manifested by man. Man and the universe have a force of attraction between them similar to a magnetic attraction. The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy, says readers can achieve seemingly impossible goals by learning how to bring the mind itself under control. The Power by Rhonda Byrne, The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, and The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle are similar. While personal testimonies claim the secret and the law to have worked for them, a number of skeptics have criticized Rhonda Byrne's film and book. One New York Times book review calls the secret pseudoscience and an "illusion of knowledge".
I know this can sound like a tall order. We are so conditioned to basing how we feel on outside events. It is easy to feel good when something happens that gives us a reason to—cultivating warm, fuzzies in the absence (or what we perceive to be the absence) of something to be happy about can take a bit of work. Feeling good even if things happen that you don’t like can take some practice. Living reactively will really put a damper on the attraction process, and it is a habit that needs to be addressed.

I decided that that goal was to make $100,000 that year. I created an image of a $100,000 dollar bill and hung it on the ceiling above my bed. Every morning I’d see the image. I’d visualize what it would be like to have $100,000. Everything I did was to achieve that goal. At the end of the year, I had made $97,000. This would never have been possible without the Law of Attraction, these visualization techniques, and meditation.
I was seeing this really great guy for a couple of months. Things were fantastic between us, but he just got out of a 4 year relationship a few months ago and apparently it was a messy end- she basically picked her career over him and moved to a different state. We decided that the best thing to do right now is for us to just be friends because he said that if he is going to be with me he wants to be there 100% and not have her pop up in his mind all the time. I totally understand this, and really did sense it… is it possible that I manifested this? When I first found this out about his ex it was always in the back of my mind… like he’s just not over her. I kept thinking that. Is it possible that I made this happen myself with my negative thoughts about it? And if so, can I use the LOA to turn it around, help him get over her faster and come back to me? Thank you in advance for your help.
Focus as often as you can on what you do want rather than on what you don't want. For example, if you are angry or upset about a war/conflict that has been going on, do your best to be 'pro-peace' rather than 'anti-war' - focus on the peace, and the kinds of solutions that you would like to see, instead of whatever it is that you do not like about the situation.
